Bristle Ridge DMCI - Best accommodation in Baguio

As a family of 6 adults with 2 kids travelling to Baguio, looking for an accommodation could be quite a challenge. For one, most hotel rooms can only accommodate up to four people. You will need to book two to three rooms for a group this size. Booking two to three hotel rooms can be very costly. Most budget accommodations provide bunk beds which is not ideal for a group with kids. Also, if travelling with your own private car, most budget accommodations could not provide secure parking spaces.

Often, group of this size with kids resort to transient houses. Looking through kid-friendly transient houses in Agoda homes, we found this great accommodation. It is not a house but a condo unit. Bristle Ridge is a newly built condominium which just turned over their units a year ago. Units were Published on Agoda just a few months ago. A night's stay would normally cost Php5,500 but we got a very great deal at Agoda that we only paid less than Php11,000 for four nights. A room can accommodate up to 6 adults. Kids 13 years old and below can stay for free if using existing beddings.

We found the place very secure as the security guard will not allow anyone to enter the vicinity. A contact number is provided in the Agoda/booking.com booking. Make sure to contact the provided number a few minutes before so that the security guard will be informed about your arrival. You will need to provide a valid ID before you can enter the premises.

Proceed to the recieving area in the lobby to check-in. Take note that the room posted in Agoda/Booking.com website may not be the same room that they will give to you. They have many rooms for lease but posted only one set of pictures in Agoda website. Specifically ask for room A422 to have the same room as the pictures posted below. You will be given a designated (covered) parking space for your vehicle as well. The location is also friendly for persons with disability as an elevator is available.

A kitchennette equipped with an induction cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator and a hot and cold water dispenser is available. No need to bring knives and utensils as these are also already available.

There is no need to bring towels as these will be provided. A veranda is available in the master bedroom with amazing views of the vicinity, looking over the playground.

In the playground, there are swings, seesaw and a slide on a fake grass.

One of the best deals of this place is the amazing views on the rooftop. It is on a walkable distance to Wright park, the Mansion and Mines View. A lot of sari-sari stores just outside the location too!
